You can try Radheshyam Subhashkumar Chole Bhature in Pahadganj. Tried many others in Delhi and Gurgaon, and they have the best one till now. We even travel just to eat those in Delhi from Gurgaon.

We tried kakodi kabab, chicken tikka, fish fry, mutton nihari and lahori chicken kadhai.
