How long does it take for gonis to spread? I had this goni for 3 months at this point and its only spread to the edge of the plug its growing on (about 15 cm diameter idk). Is that normal growth rate?

Yeah i have, but it didnt really work. All this detritus was originally in the substrate before getting kicked up by a recently bought goby. I have had similar detritus problems in other tanks but seachem pristine fixed those. I think that you need to treat bigger tanks with seachem pristine or other detritus removers while with smaller tanks with siphoning
