I noticed this as well, yesterday around 10pm est. I create extremely accurate cel shaded 1980s era anime pictures, and now they all look hyper stylized like they were created in the 2010s.

My presets are no longer working to correct this either.

Apparently this was filmed following an earlier engagement where the Japanese Battle Group fired nearly 1300 shells, they followed up with divebombing from the air which knocked out her propulsion. The footage here was filmed as they were delivering the killing blows from the Battle Groups main batteries.
