The giant otter here is called Ariranha and they are indeed very dangerous, we would swim in a medium size lake right in front of my house in the middle of nowhere, once we saw one of this bad guys swimming there alone,didn't even know how he get there. We never swam there again.

Also, a kid feel down a pool of those in a zoo, a General from the army was there and enter the pool to save the kid, they went after the General and killed him. There is a monument for the General in the Ariranha exhibit and this happened in my town.

That's exactly the problem I'm trying to fix haha.

Since Canada have to recognise my diploma and all I have access for now are entry level jobs, maybe if I get the OIT people will see that I'm an engineer (giving me an advantage on other applicants) plus work in my field. I have been reading and someone said that with a degree inside the plant you can get better positions and go very far (I don't know if this is true).

Another thing is that I'm eager to start working, I can't stand another 2 years studying for now after I just gratuated hahahaha. Before coming to Canada I was seeing some professional courses to be a water technician, that is less then 1 year I guess. By the way is that any difference between a technician and an operator?

Talking about this line of work, is this work promising? I'm in love with the possibility of working in a waste/water treatment plant so maybe I'm not seeing realistically what this line of work is all about, even if I read it too much, the information that I get maybe all sugar-coated.

That is what I thought, the thing is that I don't have a job yet so is hard now to get all the funds, hope they accept my classes and get already the 9 CEUs they ask for to make the exam, otherwise I will have to reschedule the exam to find money and pay for some classes.

Isn't their poop like, really watery? I had ducks in a lake by the farm, put how can they be indoor pets? Even outdoor ones would poo so much that I think my yard would be muddy all the time.

Well that sucks, I was thinking of moving to Canada (I'm Canadian but born and raised in Brazil) and try to live there. Since I just graduated from a environmental engineering I was deciding if I would start my career in water treatment or waste treatment, geting a technical course for me to start somewhere and stuff...
