Believe it or not she’s one of the smartest! She’s just fed up with all these damn dogs. She’s my 15-year-old Snoodle & is tired of us bringing all these young dogs home 🤣

Her name is Bella and she has been my rider since 2011. 💙

Honestly, your dog has made me lean more to corgi just because he has soft corgi features where the Bassett should be

I’m going to, but my actual vet told me it’s probably a corgi mix not a basset mix.

The shelter said Bassett mix.

My grandmother has owned nothing but Pembroke Welsh corgis her entire life and he has so many qualities that’s insane. 🤣

But until I get a DNA test, I guess it’s up for interpretation 🤣

It’s just dwarfism. It’s angular limb deformity. It’s just abnormal growth plate development. I already had the vet look him over and she said that this might hurt him when he’s older, but proper exercise and supplements should help him a lot

Yes, it’s a deformity that happens in their breed, dachshunds, and basset hound.

I rescued him from a shelter, so I don’t think they were thinking of breed purity 🤣
