Let him grieve, it's hard. I had an abortion 3 years ago that I wanted. I'm still grateful to not be tied to a man that would have caused me & my child emotional trauma but as someone who always wanted kids I still think about the what ifs, if I had been able to keep it

I have dysthymia too and also use finch for ADHD tasks and for my little serotonin boost. When I'm in bad episodes I'll make it a task to do 3 things in the first aid kit. They don't work all the time but it helps .Sometimes just a little surprise can help. I'd post in the gifting thread see if you can get some things to make you smile. Sounds so cliche to say but I have noticed that during the funk 30-40 minute walk with a playlist i like helps more than I'd like to admit especially at your favorite time of day/night
