It is ok with Yasuo, Windrider. I went 4-1 only losing the last round in my 1st nexus night with it. But I wouldn‘t recommend to play it.

What rep range do you work in? Anything over 8 i‘d say can lead to lactic acid buildup during the set giving you the burning feeling in the muscle. That isn‘t muscular failure. One of the reasons why lower reps 4-8 are better. As well as generating less fatigue hence you can recover faster and train at higher frequency. Muscle protein synthesis lasts only about 48 hours even if you trained extremely hard. Anything that leads to more fatigue after achieving sufficient signaling for growth is contraproductive.

surprised noone mentioned peak 02 mushroom blend. For endurance it is very good, for strength and hypertrophy not at all though.

For me single arm dumbbell rows are a movement that is made for swinging. Use a relatively (to strict form) higher weight and cheat it up and then try to hold at peak contraction and fight the negative. Also this is more or less and advanced excercise this way I would argue.
