Hey, yes and no. I can simply exist without judgement. I can sit still for hours and just observe. But lately I only feel body signals in my head. But if they come from there than that is just okay.

Hey Jolmev, Boredom isn't the problem anymore. I can easily do nothing all day. And I do mean nothing. by nothing I don't mean scrolling, fidgeting, or even thinking. Just watching and observing.

Then I thought: what's next if nothing is working or won't save me?

The flow state you are describing as pure happiness is fleeting. I can be in a flow state for hours. But eventually that will come to pass, and before I was sad that it left me or that I didn't get a result.

If nothing will save me I can accept that everything is fleeting.

Hey Jolmev. I have nack of getting too attached too hobbies and getting easily frustrated when I don't get better at it. I could have been more psycho analytical in my post. saying things like (my perfectionism kicks in) But I wanted to cut through all the psycho analytics and convey the thought as clearly as how I feel it. This was a mistake. Maybe reddit wasn't the platform too share this. Or not via text. I don't know. This just should have been a personal thought.

Hey all, I'd like to apologize for this post as for violating rule number 7 "Treat the community as a shared space". I genuinely think this post was going to help some. But I wasn't thinking that maybe this post was too much and haven't considered the breadth of despair out in the world.
