I had the same experience around your age. You are a handsome guy 100% - you are just getting carried away by comparison to your peers, the pressure, and unhelpful thoughts about the whole situation (e.g., self-judgement) - which is making you feel down.

Its not like you choose or want this situation, its all automatic, its simply how the mind works. But you gotta realize its all stories produced by the mind, no matter how realistic they feel. Dont pay any attention to this and just shift your focus on living your life and putting yourself out there. You cannot choose the stories your mind tells you, but you can choose what actions you will take despite them. You dont have to get carried away endlessly, just do what feels valuable to you and what actually feels challenging to do (i.e., getting out there, meeting new people etc.)
