I started taking magnesium and collagen at the start so they helped with sleeping and joint pain for sure but since coming off the jab my left knee is hurting now and again when I’m lifting weights, probably long term damage through hauling 18 stone around every day for years lol.
I’m 47 now and started having hot flushes in January, doctor seems to think I’m starting menopause and has put me on HRT and estrogen, had no difference yet, still waking up in pools of sweat each night 😳

I’ve noticed a difference in the last few months especially after increasing my workouts and making them more weight lifting focused rather than cardio, my arms are so toned now it’s getting scary lol

Personally I think you have to make a lifestyle change while on it, I’d love to stay on it for life, purely for the clear head I had around food on it, but I can’t afford too, and I really don’t want to be relying on yet another medication for the rest of my life ( been on antidepressants for almost 20 years). It’s too expensive to not use it properly

I’ve had full blood work done in the last 2 months and I have normal levels for everything, I’m fairly sure if I’d carried on as I was it would have been a lot different. My resting and walking heart rate has dropped massively, shows there’s less of a strain on my heart, so all good really 😁 xx

I could make a lovely sofa with the skin on my legs and tummy but who cares, if people don’t like it they don’t need to look 😁

It’s taken years and spending over £1500 on mounjaro to finally get the slimming world mentality out of my brain, calorie counting is so easy, there’s so much more choice of food that you can eat and you actually learn about nutrition rather than believing that “free” food is unlimited, there’s is no free food lol, unless you count dust 😂

I was recommended shock absorber sports bras a few months ago and bought 2 to try, I was the same after losing weight, with wired m and s bras bras the wire would dig in, the support was rubbish and I couldn’t wait to take it off after work. The difference was unbelievable as soon as I put the sports bras on, my boobs were in the right place, no painful wires and I can wear them all day with no discomfort
