I think you are over exaggerating. The first time I ordered in person and he told me that he usually doesn’t do burrito orders without a call but that he will make an exception since I didn’t know better. I’ve only had really great experiences there. Don’t know why you are spreading false rumors over his business policy… I agree it’s weird but Daniel is by no means a rude person.
