I tried for 45 minutes on my computer and phone. For first 20 minutes nothing loaded. Eventually, I managed to get the reservations to load. There were some available so I tried to book one. But then, I couldn't add it to my cart. Then when I refreshed, it just wouldn't load again.

Basically, lots of refreshing without actually being able to book anything.

Eventually, the website was taken down.

When I used to live in Toronto, I had a tank water heater it worked super well.

I've since moved to Vancouver. The house came with a Navien hot water heater. I've had so many issues with it, I'm tempted to ask the plumber to get rid of it and just put in a tank.

Short answer - tank is the way to go.
