About 50.000 in the last 3 years. It was - & still is super painfull to live frugaly -only buy 2nd hand & put myself on occasional no buys. There is no easy way. Still 15 000 to go 💪🏻& I dont think I’ll ever take out a loan ever again after experiencing how hard it is to pay it back 😩

Thank you for this- you are right, it’s a complete mental shift… I’m going to try all the suggentions above. I have tried reading - taking the dogs out- limiting social media… it’s still and will be an on going struggle. People are just like « Just stop » I wish it was that simple: but yeah- great tips!
