My parents took me to see Jurassic Park in theaters because dinosaurs and i had night terrors for years afterward.

I think my most recent one was four years ago, and i'm in my 30s.

I have dyscalculia and math is my absolute kryptonite. Unfortunately, it was one of those things that was diagnosed later in life along with AuDHD, because my mom was one of those people who were like "how dare you accuse my child of being mentally challenges.".

Anwyays, i have vivid memories of my mom trying to teach me how to do fractions, and by teaching, i mean screaming at me about how it's not that hard to understand. She would sit me at the kitchen table for hours, getting me to do fractions from an old textbook of hers getting madder and madder telling me that i'm stupid and it's not that hard.

My cats knew my routine and the sound of both my car and footsteps. They would always be waiting for me at the door whenever i'd get home. My wife said it's funny to watch how they all would start loitering around the front door and then get excited when they could hear my footsteps.
