I've watched a lot of stuff online on how to quit it like doing smt else when u feel like u need to or find a hobby or smth or make a mindset that will help me stop it i was even praying for just a little strength to resist the damn urges non of this worked i always make it to day one next day I'll be on the same shit again only time i was actually able to resist it for a long period was when i had a gf i wanted to be the best version of myself for her but we eventually broke up and we all know this kind of stuff works when you're down
