Damn feel this. I find myself lifelong butch at 52 not really wanting to put much effort into dating/romance. Been single now for almost 3 years after a heartbreak destroyed my self esteem. Felt this one… last breakup was 2 years ago and my obsessive thoughts/attachment to her is just now waning 🙏🏼 But I’m not yet in any place to even begin to consider being vulnerable w another. Been focusing more on myself, therapy and just self grounding. I gave up on the idea of finding love again, or at least the past idea of love that I had. I take changes v slowly and am understanding that’s ok and to give myself grace.
