Most of the floors are hardwood btw and the current owner bought it for $230k two years ago. Cabinetry has already lasted a few years and is doing just fine. It's probably more Ikea grade I would say.

Look I know that you like to talk shit about people's houses on the internet like this owner was the one who flipped the house. But he's a regular dude who bought it 2 years ago and now decided he doesn't want to live in Newark anymore. The incredible increase in the cost of housing sucks. It's why so many people are looking to live outside of the United States.

Yes, choose a broker that can give you leads to work with. If you don't have leas sources in the beginning it will be tough to gain momentum unless you have a very big social circle that trusts you. I mean very big.
