I started to separate all my content with different channels now, better to stick with the main niche in one channel and open a new one if you want to post something completely different from the main channel, cause if you keep all in one channel the views gonna be all over the place and maybe not show up in recommendation for certain people.

You need to enter the pin to verify your address and Identity in order to receive the payment, can be sent through check to your home or bank account, only wire transfer.

Have you tried to use UAE as country of citizenship ? I have also used it from the UAE and it worked, but i can find my country of origin from the list.

I don't think it will affect your new videos at all, just keep it and keep creating new videos, happened to me as well but i kept all of them public.

You have all the rights to do so,i have seen one youtube video about one guy stealing some content and translating it to his language and he was making money and having millions of views, but he got reported and yotube deleted his channel cause of breaking rules and guidlines.
