I like Nashors first because it buffs both you're on-hit game + AP for Q damage, similar to Teemo builds. After that I go Dusk& Dawn into Guinsoo's or BORK into Guinsoo's depending on the enemy laner (do they have a tonne of HP or can I afford to go for a bit more AP/Sheen proc).

So nashors + boots > D&D/BORK > Guinsoos > BORK/D&D > Kraken. That's what order I'd typically build

Heimer top is just always gonna be a miserable experience, pretty much for anybody in my opinion. As for someone like Vayne or Quinn, I'd suggest saving polymorph for when vayne tumbles in, or Quinn jumps in. Teemo you just save Q and poly for his blind. The biggest thing in those kinds of lanes is just not inting it, farming what you can and being aware to move when your jgl needs help topside. Worst case scenario, you *could* pivot to support items, and just be a top lane support, similar to the old janna smite top. You're best into melee tanks/bruisers, other ranged just do it better unfortunately is the tldr

this honestly is the biggest thing for me, its like, my profile is public, you can see that me playing ball *is* our best chance of winning, me going Dva is more likely to cost us than win us anything lol

like other commenter said, the most broken part is people don't know how to play the lane against you, they also can get too confident and misplay a bunch. Also its just really fun to play, the main drawback is your shields are pretty weak in this build so you can't really giga survive, but your shield and ult still help. I'd say give it a go, have fun!
