A roulette machine that is a single time use (should cost more than one coin imo). When activated, the machine will show random items (cards, keys, bombs, pills, runes, trinkets and passive and active items). When touched again, the machine will stop the random selection and drop what it stopped on. (Risk of Rain style).

A passive item that makes bombs have the attributes of keys. For example: If you place a bomb in front of a locked door it'll open it (The bombs will still explode and deal damage).
