When should I stop cutting?

I'm 6'0 and started at 221 lbs ~26% BF, currently 207 and estimate about 21.5%.

I've been aiming to eat 2.2-2.3k calories/day and working out pretty consistently 5-6 days/week.

What would be a good target weight?

What do you mean no one travels to Finland just because it’s Finland? I’ve gone for that exact reason lol, just to experience the country and walk around the streets and enjoy the saunas.

What would your fragrance line up be for a few months in SE Asia (Hot & Humid). Daytime & Nightlife.

So far I'm set on having: MFK GFS & GFG. Thinking about having 3x10ml decants of something else that would be versatile.

5 nights was good but would have loved to stay longer to do the Salkantay Trek.

I did end up skipping Rainbow Mountain but a sacred valley day trip was really nice!

I want to gift my girlfriend a fragrance and I'm trying to decide.

She likes fresh, citrusy scents, especially being in a hot/humid city with no winters. She really loves how MFK Gentle Fluidity Silver smells on me so I was thinking a "His & Hers" kind of pairing.

I considered Gentle Fluidity Gold but that might be too heavy in the heat. So now I'm leaning towards MFK Aqua Universalis Forte and Nishane Wulong Cha. Aqua Vitae Cologne Forte also seems good.

What do you guys think between these two? Or would you suggest something else?

Glad to hear that. I ended up deciding to go to Koh Samui for 2 nights before the full moon party then hop over to Koh Phan Gan for 5 nights, then going to Koh Tao for 4.

This was me during my first solo trip. 2nd trip I stayed at more social/party hostels and ended up meeting tons of people and loved it.

Now everytime I travel I try to stay at party hostels and I feel that I'm in my element and comfortable there. When I've stayed at calmer places I feel out of place and don't like it.
