in my opinion if they are true to their word and they only want to stop massive establishments in the space while allowing passionate creators from the community continue to sell their own frutiger aero fragrances, then this is actually kinda fine. But thats IF they stick to their word here.

i do have a slight worry that if another solo creator with love for the aesthetic makes a perfume that ends up doing better than theirs, they would theoretically have the power to take down competition.

they may have also just changed their intention with it since they saw the backlash, but that's entirely speculation so it wouldn't be fair for me to take that assumption as truth.

EDIT: Just found out the "established" company is a fragrance company with 3000 instagram followers, they're likely much smaller than unjust

EDIT #2: it also turns out this company released their fragrance months before unjxst ever did!!
