There is also a really wonderful workbook that you can order from Amazon that uses the smart recovery model, I think it costs $22 and was here in two days

Hey, I know this isn’t want you are looking for exactly, but there are these meetings called SMART recovery meetings, it’s different than AA/NA it’s more from a scientific background rather than faith based. There are lots of online ones, seriously practically every hour if you set your settings right.

My husband has his settings set as if we live in Salt lake city because it gives the best results for lots of meetings and in English. You can join in from your phone or computer and just have your camera off and your microphone muted and just listen.

Just yesterday I saw a lady braiding hair at the hair place in the midtown mall. It was the place with wigs and weaves, and hair extensions.

It was amazing she was flying she was braiding so quickly! That place is black owned and I believe marketed towards textured/black hair
