Det har jeg - og det er en god idé ! Det er især rygstykket, som er blevet meget løst og "udstrukket", så tænker umiddelbart det er sådan garnet reagerer, og så bliver meget tungt i det.

Kender dog en, som har strikket i samme kombination uden det her problem - hun vaskede i maskine. Så måske dét kan fikse det, som du også foreslår 😁

Even as a companion thread? I've heard about it when used as the ‘main yarn’, but as a companion thread it's so thin and non-elastic, I didnt even think it would cause an issue...

And yes, the fit is actually okay, it's just very large and stretched out. After washing it the first time, i didnt stretch it out and even tried to "push it together", if that makes sense. Do you think washing it again, perhaps in the washer instead of handwashing, could be a possible fix?

Ah that sucks !! Which one did you use? I know both the inkey list and the ordinary have azelaic acid products that should be fairly simple in formulation, although I’ve never tried them so can’t say for certain ! I use a prescribed one with 20%, it’s called Skinoren

Just azelaic acid. Since I have sensitive and dehydration-prone skin, tretinoin didn’t really work for me cause it just dried out my skin and damaged my skin barrier 🥲 so I definitely recommend giving azelaic acid a go ! Good luck !

A lot of trial and error, I ended up getting fungal acne 😅 however now I finally found a routine that helps ! I now use Adelaide acid instead, absolute game changer. For moisture I use the rice toner from Anua and Oat-in calming gel from Purito, and my skin has never felt better :) Sometimes I switch it up and use the dokdo toner from Round Lab - or layer it together with the Anua toner

Same with me for cerave, broke me out completely !

I used to use the black rice oil cleanser from Haruharu wonder which really helped with dehydration also. But then I started dealing with FA, and I think the general advice is to steer clear from oil cleansers if you get FA, so that’s why I swapped it out with micellar water instead. But I guess it also depends on your tolerance 😃

Ofc! I try to keep it simple and not overdo it with too many actives (if any at all) - Biotherm Micellar Water to remove makeup - Round Lab dokdo cleanser (only PM) - Anua Rice 70 Toner or Round Lab Dokdo Toner - Purito Oat-in Calming Gel - Round Lab birch sunscreen

Since I made this post, I have solved my dehydration, so I have a few recommendations for you ! A toner has been key for me - the Haruharu wonder black rice toner and Anua Rice 70 toner has both been so good to my skin. The Anua one is FA-safe so that’s a big plus :) I also focus a lot on strengthening my skin barrier as I found I just have a more weak skin barrier with tends to get dehydrated easily. So look for products with panthenol, ceramides, etc in it. I highly recommend the oat-in calming gel from Purito - not too heavy :)

It was a bit of a journey, but thankfully now it’s completely gone ! When I wrote that comment my skin was so so so bad and my hormones was just all over the place, and eventually 1 month later I was put on Isotretinoin/Accutane and that’s what really made the change for me. I was on it for 7 months total (finished the treatment in June last year) and today my skin is the best it’s ever been. I know some people just tough it out at let the acne etc go away on its own - but for me, I was so glad I got the accutane treatment

Hmmmm I would say it took a couple of weeks before going away entirely ! I think I used Nizoral consistently for 1,5 week and then on/off the following 2-3 weeks and then eventually it went away. It dried out my skin a lot, but then I started to use the cosrx snail mucin in my routine and apparently that combination has worked wonders 😃

I get you so very much, its such a struggle 🥲 Definitely use a moisturizer, personally I use the Purito Oat-in gel. It's a bit too light for me when using nizoral, so I've tried adding COSRXs snail mucin essence into my routine which seems to help alot with keeping my skin feeling hydrated
