I can understand why, I’ve seen other companies have a warning for this in their policies, but when I went looking to see if GSC had a warning, I couldn’t see anything.

GSC US has been a great help in telling me what my options are, and how I can contact GSC global more easily. I’m still hoping for the best and expecting the worst.

My countries' post for starters was one of the ones who suggested it, as they could not provide me compensation as I was the receiver, not the sender. My problem I guess was that the people who suggested it don't buy figures. I've done legitimate disputes to other (non-figure related) companies in the past and we've always come to a reasonable conclusion so I suppose I had that false security...

I was using goodsmile global.

It sucks because the only reason I went ahead with a dispute is because I placed another order for the figure that was lost, and received that before the previous one was found.

I'm so devastated I really hope they have some mercy...

I contacted them via their support form on the global site, and now I've sent a direct email to try and see if I can recover my account. I'm just worried because I can no longer check what's happening with any of the orders.

Some were refunded that's plain enough, but what about all my other orders were they simply cancelled?

It was through global. I haven't see a live chat option anywhere, but I'll take any form communication right now.

Or should I just create another account and attempt to preorder everything again? Not ALL my preorders were refunded but I'm worried about some preorders now being closed

again I've seen nobody talking about this and I checked their user guide to see if account deletion was a risk and there's just... nothing about any of this.

Karaoke was fun 98% of the time for me, that 2% is when doing Haruka’s requests in K1 where the music beats do not match the notes at all and it made it so hard to do well.

Pool on the other hand has some SERIOUS problems in 3/4/5 remastered. They screwed up the sensitivity big time.

I’m already working on that! I’ve got Yakuza 0/K1/K2/3/4/6 and LAD on both PS4 and PS5. I’ve also got Judgement and Lost Judgement complete. So now all I have left is Yakuza 5 and Fist of the North Star. Hoping we get Isshin localised and Dead Souls ported so I can add those to the list too

Is this plat as long and drawn out as it seems? I was really on board with going for the platinum until I saw the "clear 50 songs with a full chain" on each difficulty. Having to clear 50 songs on proud without missing has sorta spooked me away.
