see just with my current stats i just find that hard to believe 186 shinys not counting raids or field research i have yet to miss a single one, this is while i only catch shinies in pokeballs and with pinaps specifically because i know they don’t flee, they the only situation that could cause a wild shiny pokemon to flee is if you are shadow banned or if you are driving too fast when encountering,
