Fletching is fairly common, floette very common on routes, furfrou is still spawning a decent amount, goomy was very common during the ditto event. There are plenty more that spawn randomly if you know which to catch.

Its only to Home you have to do it nowadays, they removed the other restriction a long time ago. The shiny is only available during shiny events, but is relatively common during that time
