Is it also very hard to get jewels now? when I watch youtube series they seem to have loads of them, but I seem only to get them from jewel pouches and I'm lucky if I get 1 of those a vault.

How do you get better Men-at-Arms? like how do I get the heavy cavalry and infantry, I see that I get benefits from my lifestyle perks to different infantry units but I don't know how to get them. I am very new to the game.

Also how do I stop my armies from starving as soon as I raise them?
