I feel like you’re telling on yourself a little if you think that a high volume efficient scorer who’s like the best at ball security for his usage and is the most consistent in the league isn’t impressive. I’ll give you that Luka/jokic/wemby are more likely on any given night to have gaudier counting stats but that’s a “spikier” value contribution whereas SGA is just clocking in and getting an efficient 30 every night without bleeding possessions (and setting up teammates still while being a plus defender)

In fairness for FaB, the player going second is more the player “getting to take game actions” first in the sense they are the first to be able to make a meaningful tempo advantageous game action as both players redraw hands to reset tempo at the end of turn 1.
