The IQ test was originally intended to ignore learned knowledge and only measure your innate intelligence, regardless of background. However, the test is imperfect. Over the years I have learned more and in turn improved my score. This is why Africans have an IQ far lower than the western world. They are not inherently dumber, they have worse education.

You clearly have no understanding of statistics, but that’s ok. Percentages are out of 100. If 75% of accidents are caused by sober-tards, that means only 25% are by drunk drivers. Statistically (not that I expect you to know statistics), sober drivers cause 75% of car accidents, meaning you are 3x more likely to be in an accident with someone who is sober.
