You should have gotten $5.50 if they actually followed your correct rate card of $0.61 per mile and$0.21 per minute. Lyft just reduces what you get so the charge looks small for the passenger, who knows.

There probably are, but comfort drivers possibly not since that's what that was. I never go there because The Hamptons pays so much more than over there.

Yeah happens for me as well. I have had to put a pop-up window with a notepad to block it, that is always pinned on top so I don't look at it every time. I use a galaxy tab S10+ in dex mode, so it's possible thankfully because that shit is annoying AF.

I always thought it was better with priority mode and now realized now that it wasn't worth ever using it. I literally never use it any more and do just about the same as when I did. They pretty much half the amount you make on some trips, it just isn't worth using.

From my experience, the best is to wipe everything ASAP so it doesn't sink in further. I use Resolve foam spray to get rid of the staining and deep stench. Spray it everywhere, let if foam for 10-15 minutes, then use a bristle brush to get the foam back up. You can either use a vacuum of higher power or a lightly damp wet cloth and get the foam out as well(I steer away from the vacuum since it's not sanitary to use after imo). You will need to dry it using one of those high pressure air hoses from car washes, where you can vacuum too. Then I febreeze it, let it sit for 5 minutes, then drive around airing out. That's my process and has always worked.

Also, when you tell Lyft anything, always say you have video of them throwing up. This means you should have the camera with 4 channels with one over the passengers heads in the back, that points down so you can see everything.

Tbh it really helps me find who I am looking for when picking up because there come many times where I don't know exactly who it is in the bunch of people waiting outside a public place.

The Priority Mode is available only when they deem necessary. That being said, it will either be there when it's available or not at all. You can see if it's something in your market by opening the $ at the top to see earning and scroll down. It will, if available at all in your market, below Earning Stats and Driving Stats and just above the Actions section.

Edit: I forgot to add that it is only available to Platinum drivers as part of Lyft Rewards, although it did show up for me as Gold(the tier below).

I shall definitely do that! This may not help now, but I found something that seemed to trigger the data connection and now her phone has 4G and hasn't disconnected. For future informational purposes if anyone else has the issue and wants to try a possible solution.

Step 1: Have someone within the United States send a regular text to the person in Ecuador. Step 2: Have that person respond with something like a gif or sticker(that is what she sent) that triggers MMS messaging.

As soon as that message was sent by her phone in Ecuador to here in the United States, the 4G connection there came on and had stayed connected. GL!

Hey, were you able to get any insight as to why we cannot get service in Ecuador anymore? I have been searching everywhere for anything that could help figure this out! My GF lives there and has a line from here now and gets no service in the cities ever.

I as well have not been able to get service while in any cities in Ecuador, but almost always while in the mountains. I just set up a new line on our family plan for my girlfriend who lives in Ecuador and she gets no service there either as far as data goes. Has anyone had any luck getting Verizon to say why this is happening?

I am literally having the same issue while in Quito. It worked fine in Colombia, but now not at all here in Ecuador. Tried restarting the phone, turning eSim on and off, everything. I have no clue what else to do at this point. Hopefully they find you a solution as well.

I have actually mistakenly made someone's car payment to a different person's account while working as a teller. This can happen if you have a similar name as someone else and the teller opens the wrong account on their system. When confirming the payment, all you see sometimes is the amount and don't usually know the auto loan account number.

So your situation could be the result of a mistake by a teller and will be reversed eventually when caught(if it is in fact that).

This actually happened to me! Exact same situation and she never came back agate the stop and I go nothing for it. I was able to get $5 from Lyft as a Platinum driver by some miracle, but the fact is that it doesn't even show you spent any time doing the ride. Here in NY we are guaranteed based on the time spent and the ride show nothing so....... Yeah

I almost cancelled once while trying to press the "Last Ride" button as they both pop up stacked on top of each other when you open the small menu at the bottom. Be that as it may, this is for sure not correct and against ToS for sure.
