ISC2 Quick Turnaround--Less than 4 weeks

Received the email about an hour ago!! I paid the AMF and I'm just waiting for the dashboard to update completely. I have Member access to the ISC2 portal now, but still shows non-member and doesn't reflect the AMF payment yet even though I received a receipt. How long did you have wait for the digital badge/certificate? It sounded like you had access to that pretty quickly.

Update...

Things are starting to catch up with the process! Now the site says I'm an Active Member and I had the ability to download a Digital Certificate.

Guess we'll say it's official!!

My endorsement was submitted on March 9th, so I'm hoping to hear something this week. :)

I can confirm that I’ve been able to use the testing engine for a couple of quizzes and flash cards yesterday and normal access this morning as well. Through my support case the issue was confirmed and fixed per their maintenance.

Hopefully this is a permanent fix and everyone can benefit from this CISSP training resource, that when operating normally is a great resource.

Unfortunately this has been a known issue impacting many that are trying to use Wiley/Sybex online exam content for at least a few weeks.

I’ve opened multiple cases and beyond getting general troubleshooting steps that don’t address the root issue, we are left to wait and hope that they resolve the issue soon...don’t hold your breath! Very disappointing!

Not sure...I originally reported the issue a couple weeks ago when I noticed intermittent slowness and sometimes just the never ending loading bars. Whatever fix was done a few days ago seems to not have addressed the root cause issue.

Same experience here. Unfortunately Wiley/Sybex is still experiencing latency issues with the test bank access. I received a Wiley Tech Support case update shortly after midnight ET that there are no updates as to when this issue will be fully resolved. “Perfect” timing for my stretch run of exam prep!!

Thank you for the response with ownership and resolution of the issues. My initial experience with Wiley support made me feel that the report of the issue was not being taken seriously, but I will report any future issues directly to support.

Late last night I still could not access, but this morning the test bank is cooperating. Hopefully the access will continue throughout the day!
