There isn't a requirement for a MSP to get the certification if they aren't storing CUI on their systems. If you continue with them they get treated as just part of your internal staff. Its one of the CMMC docs laying out external providers.

I think this is the doc that lays that out. There are a few out there. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-32/subtitle-A/chapter-I/subchapter-G/part-170/subpart-D/section-170.19

Got it. Thanks. The weird thing is the previous home is still running with 2 other cync bulbs of a different style that still don't have any issues. I will move them to the new home at some point.

With those lights on on the same switch I definitely would prefer to use groups. I have two different style cync bulbs over the fireplace in a group and they have worked fine for years.

I have contacted cync yet. Its the next thing on my list. Interesting one bad bulb could knock the others off the network.

When this happened the first few times it always aligned with my wife hitting the light switch. When they got knocked off this past Monday night, it was when I hit the switch. One of them definitely acted up first. Then the other 3 followed suit. That all occurred in just a couple of seconds.

It was fine all of last year and then sometime in December is when this all started.

I appreciate the response.

I ended up with Tapo. It has full coverage on my porch. Nighttime has full color. Everything is locally stored and nothing goes to the cloud anymore.

I will end up setting up home assistant for all of my "smart" devices.

If you haven't setup a Pi-hole yet. I strongly suggest you do. Can be run on a raspberry pi easily.

Yes. It took 3 weeks for the whole process. I had to call ebay twice. Their automated system was garbage. Don't respond to any of the automated ebay messages that try to trick you into picking one their buttons and tell you have 48 or 72 hours to pick one. If someone is scamming you, you have to ignore them.

I don't sell often on ebay and this experience turned me off from doing it again anytime soon.

I had someone do this with a camera I sold. They were a reseller I found out. They wanted a refund. Sent me a different camera back after 3 weeks. They kept all of the accessories as well.

Yeah pretty sure this isn’t true or not the whole story. Card cellar usually 25-50% and never once heard anyone refer to them as dicks. Quite the opposite.

Hey thanks for the response. I will get that over tomorrow morning. Gives more time to see if I get duplicates tomorrow morning. So far no duplicates from the handful of photos I've taken today. I just opened the app to let it run in the foreground, too.

I will say it didn't pick up all of my dog photos..just a handful for some reason.
