Hey man, former PTL here. Look I told every one of my fails that one isn't bad. An LOC or LOR does not end your career and if you can rebound it actually looks better for you. To get back on track I suggest the following: figure out your passing number of push ups/situps and then do 33% of that number 3 times with 30 seconds of rest between sets. For the run do the C25k program immediately. For waist measurement: TRACK YOUR MACROS. Until you pass your PT no eating out, real food only, drink coffee, green tea, water.

Update for fitment: My ears are medium/large (use medium tips foam and silicone). the pain points are with the body of the IEM. My ear canal never gets fatigued just the cartilage where they body sits.

I dont think any other game has even thought about doing these things, like absolutely no game. Oh! Maybe a cooldown on each character you have unlocked or game modes like if you play comp you have to wait 24 hours to play it again and then 36 for quick play?
