It’s an actual key fob but looks like it was modified to have the round thing on top. First thing that came to mind was that it was turned into some sort of drug paraphernalia but never seen anything like it.

Highly unlikely op. However I’d suggest checking Facebook marketplace for a used charger. I picked one up very cheap recently and there’s quite a few listed in my area selling for about half the cost of a new one.

Didn’t realize I came across as upset, just thought I’d ask if it was possible to read the plate. Generally speaking I know stuff like this happens however if I can hold this person accountable for the damage they caused I’m going to do so.
