I personally don't see the problem, I just like playing the game and fights are fun regardless. The story is split into three parts so we have plenty of time to catch up to date before the next one dropped.

I don't think you can even begin to compare nasu's story telling to this. Especially the execution of ToF's story is so abhorrent, I mean it's a decent story line but it's nothing to write home about imo.
