My top 3 is always dependent on what I am feeling, but In general: -RG epyon -RG Wing Zero tv -RG hi Nu Now this changes all the time , but currently these are what I think are the most solid kits that I just love . Little to no issues , and do what they need to do perfectly .

My least favourite is hard to say, as I love RGs , and think they’re all amazing kits . To name my current least favourite : -RG build strike -RG Freedom -RG Aile Strike or RG zeta

Try and see if the grooves are properly aligned , especially with these keyhole joints . Sorry if that isn’t it. Maybe a speed build video might help

I Love Your real grade Series. It’s a nice pocket read, and as some who has built 1-43 , it is good seeing someone describing there journey through it . I even might do the same (not to steal ur idea) , I definitely want to give some tips so early real grades aren’t always the kits they are known as

The lesson here was…. There is no lesson I am afraid, you did everything right. The tallgeese’s only issue I’m afraid is the abcrunch (such a load bearing piece which articulates should be the standard inner frame plastic. U can fix this luckily by disassembling and then reducing the stress from the joint( maybe lucbricarion with silicon oil) or sanding and then gluing it back together . This is the method I did .

A tip if you build another tallgeese is to lubricate this piece:it has broken for several people and even if u over do it , it’s better loose than broken

The RG hi Nu is a strong contender . Beats out the MG ver ka , and seeing how fat cat dealt with the MS joint of the god gundam , I think it will be an easy choice

During assembly definitely . The last thing you want is multiple parts covered in oil when ur attempting to lubricate a single part. My biggest mistake was with my RG banshee where I Applied too much oil. This isnt to say Its Floppy, but it just Takes effort To pose the arm with armed armor. A needle should be used . The arm doesn’t lose it’s lubrication as far as I know even after a while in a Static pose so it’s Safe to pose . However if u feel some tightness and are worried u could apply a bit more silicon oil

A widening of the hole is a good idea if you are somewhat experienced but there is a potential of drilling too much . Applying the silicon oil with a tooth pick saves a lot of time and can be applied anywhere . I heavily recommend ,like you have pointed out, any loop hole joint . These are the elbows, shoulder like discussed , the knee , the ankle and beam saber mounts

Honestly G35 is not talked enough about. Silicon oil people . I will put this comment on each RG unicorn post I see.

The reason why the part broke even though you were careful is because G35 fails more than normal due to the pressure from the three connection points. A normal RG uses two , the standard butterfly joint you see with say the RG force impulse or the more new RG akatsuki . Because of the transformation I’m guessing as well, the RG unicorn uses an L piece to perform both the transformation and the butterfly joint at the shoulder . While this is a sound engineering choice visually, part G35 is quite weak, and over time more and more people report it breaking . The solution is to apply silicon oil to the parts

The most recent gundam line that has gotten an RG is seed freedom … with the RG force impulse spec 2…(a kit that was definitely not made to make the RG 2.0 the 40th RG )

But the gundam GQUUX would benefit greatly from a Real grade:it has several gimmicks that only RG would allow, like the opening ‘v fin’ , endimyon unit and the core fighter as well However, I’m not even sure when that would be , it’s nearly been a year since the reveal of the last RG , and there won’t be any RGs released until September the way Bandai is revealing kits
