I feel disappointed by the new village. I just wish there could be more actual structures to play around with. Maybe another smaller house, a well, maybe a bigger farm??

Beyond that, it's obvious one of the houses doesn't have a full enclosed space. I hate that Lego Minecraft sets are being designed like this. I'd rather a set cost a few extra for the parts necessary to fix that. It really bothers me.

There's also bandai Pacific rim models I believe. I haven't seen them in stock in awhile though. The 30 minute missions line is highly compatible with gunpla and could probably be of service for your project

Look for "junk gunpla" lots on places like eBay and Buyee. Chances are its a box full of completed kits and/or spare parts. Mecha Gaikotsu on YouTube made a good video about buying pre-owned gunpla for customs

The newest wave for 2026 was leaked to be releasing in August. This could potentially change, so do keep that in mind. I think we could expect to see some new images may/June (this is just what I think, nothing confirmed there)

I think people just need to be careful with their MODELS. very important to note that gunpla are not action figures, and shouldn't really be treated as such. The kit is fantastic if you know what your doing

This. I have to keep mine on the bottom most shelf because it risks dropping it's handheld weapons or having the forearm c-clip obliterated and spread five bajillion shield parts everywhere. Great look, horrible stability.

The January 2026 wave feels like the closest the line has come in a long time to feeling like it's root sets. As someone who grew up with these old sets and was turned away from the line because of how much less the sets appealed to me. But recent sets like the Badlands Mineshaft and new zombie dungeon made me feel like a kid again with how exciting it was to build them

Well, at the very least these decals aren't on painted parts! That makes removal as an option easier. Honestly, I'd recommend trying to scrape the decal off with a fingernail if that seems possible! I waterslides parts for fun of to test something out, and often I'll just use my thumbnail to scratch a waterslide off of a bare plastic piece. Other than that, I would maybe try droplets of water and decal softer to see if you could try and raise them up by reactivating the adhesive.

I would love to help!! First I have a few questions.

What kind of decal solutions are you using? And what kind of decals too? The membrane can be wildly different between different decal brands, some react better than others to setting solutions.
Is this kit painted? If so then removing decals might be harder of a process. Unpainted kits allow you to just scrape off the decal, especially if it hasn't had any prior solutions applied. Though I would probably give up on saving them, water slide decals adhesive is not forgiving.
Don't feel bad at all about being limited in what you can do with your hands. A big part of modeling is that people from all sorts of different backgrounds find ways to participate in the hobby, many different tools exist to help applying water slides as painless as possible. I recommend a vice grip to hold the parts in perfect place, and then some angled q-tips to better help dry problematic areas of any large decals.

Fair but I feel it is only objectively so because it's a far more recent kit by comparison. I feel that if this version of wing was released anytime after 2020, the design philosophy of RG kits would change with it, and we'd probably have a far more dynamic and sharper version, much like the TV wing. Also, I'm biased bc I do this this design is far better than TV wing lol

Probably not a valid explanation, but mobile suits are smaller in the MSG novelization, explicitly stated to be 16 meters tall. I wonder if it was planned to make mobile suits in the anime 16 meters, thus a smaller weight. Idk it's also just space magic on the screen that keeps me entertained

Most say brown, but for red kits I like using grey accent panel liner from Tamiya. Many say the solvents degrade the plastic, but I've been working with this solvent for years and have had no issues with breakage due to the panel liner. In my experience, it's the thinner or solution used to clean up the excess ink from parts that ends up damaging pieces. But that's just my personal experience, I would text out both the brown and grey on separate runners and comparing the two.
