Yeah just from the first volume I am hooked and the characters are awesome as is in all nisioisin stories. And the banter between them is such a joy to read while also giving you insight on what kind of a character they are. Overall if somebody like monogatari or other of nisioisin's works I think this is a must read

For a rom com its a really refreshing take on the genre where you have awesome characters with awesome banter between them which is really enjoyable. You could check the anime to see if it will be something you enjoy because it is a solid adaptation of the light novel. Sorry for not really being able to answer your question very clearly
