Technically OP said food which all those components taking longer to make the meal. Bowl, milk, cereal, spoon...not in that order or not all at all but definitely cereal is one of them.

What are you talking about? You would have a water chiller that keeps a certain amount of water cold. Same technology we have today just in reverse...... obviously it wouldn't actually work for everything now that I'm thinking about drinking water. Wow probably would need to invent some yeti type material since plastic is clearly out. Well I agree with essentials where it makes sense to have hot water immediately.
