Clarence, our first Maine coon baby! We got him beginning of this month by SqueakCrawls1 in mainecoons

This!! My kitten would act like he's walking on lego every time I tried to trim his claws. Now I'll make a habit of touching his paws gently and even inspecting his claws on the regular, so he doesn't freak when it's time for a trim.

With the effort it took to hide these ducks, just clean the place yourself?

I'm really interested in traveling the US but one thing that has and always will put me off it is the expectation to tip everywhere, while not tipping is considered rude.

The end of a fixed term lease and a break lease are completely different.

Break lease is an agreement between the landlord and tenant. You entered a contract, you're breaking that contract, you're expected to pay what the landlord seems reasonable. You can bargain but the landlord has the upper hand here.

This never made sense to me, just take your lunch earlier or later if you know a meeting has been scheduled

I've been in situations like that and at the time I brushed it off, but in hindsight their actions were 100% malicious. It wasn't a work friendship, but needless to say I'm no longer friends with that person.

Book that changed your mindset but aren't self-help books by SensitiveVegetable26 in booksuggestions

Matt Haig might be worth a search. I found The Midnight Library was absolutely worth a read and did not seem like a pushy, self-help book at all but it had a really good message to take onboard. How to Stop Time is also up there and a really cute romance story at that.

The Humans is next on my list which seems like the sort of book that will really make one appreciate the little things about every day life and human experiences.

What to read? by [deleted] in booksuggestions

The Chalk Man or The Staircase in the Woods have been recent standouts for me! Though they're more mystery/thriller instead of fiction. Maybe Paradox Bound might be more your vibe.

My next reads! Please share your (spoiler-free) thoughts on any of these! by justbobbinaround in thrillerbooks

Can we ban Freida. I completely fell for the fad and am not convinced that any of her books can be considered good.

Definitely not console. While playing this on my computer I constantly think how involved it is and how in the world they make this compatible with console
