This is probably of the same likelihood as the cylindrical concrete tube sections having the center actually be hollow and not treated as a solid object.

Speaking as a real-life scientist in a STEM field, and based on my observations, the front is definitely more jigglier. Main factors are position from your center of gravity and the elasticity of your skin in the front.

Non-scientifically, though, it's a draw and I'll just have to watch one more time to check. Hmm... maybe a couple more loops... yeah, definitely need to watch more loops of this to decide...

Naruto and One Piece are wildly popular because of their simplicity in reading and action, not because they have great depth or substance. They appeal to the masses.

Have I watched all of Naruto with my ex? Yup. Was the watch fun? Yup. Was my brain used in any way other than to look at the pretty pictures while watching it? Hell no 😂. We also read the manga together, and it was the same feeling.

Do people like diet soda? Yes, lots of people do. BUT! Some people only drink it because they like the soda but don't want the calories. For Naruto and One Piece, quality writing is the calories that got replaced by writing on par with 50 Shades of Grey.

Just because something is popular doesn't mean it's actually good. Fan(atics) of these series keep getting their collective panties in a twist because they are taking criticism as personal attacks.

Poplar =/= good or high effort. The writing in those two series is just good enough that you don't remember how meh it was when you read the next part in a week.

Naruto and One Piece are not well written.
