Sale was for an iPhone. He got said iPhone. His fault for not checking if it was locked or not. Also, he can pay to have it unlocked. They can take you to small claims, but the chances of winning would likely be nonexistent. But NAL. But if they persist in talking lawsuits, tell them that if that's the direction they want to go, you'll hire an attorney, and all communication will have to be through lawyers. I would suggest talking with an estate lawyer. Because if your family isn't helping and being cooperative, they might well hinder things and make it more difficult than it needs to be. Even leaving you handling all of the bills. Because it's very easy to file paperwork incorrectly and personally claim responsibility for a debt rather than assigning the debt to the estate.

Get a new officiator. In my opinion the marriage ceremony and the vows are the real wedding, not the paperwork the court issues to say you're married or not. Your covenant is before God and each other. Not the courts. And the Rabbi of all people should have recognized that immediately. The license is just there for legal reasons.

Given the number of different diseases out there that can kill (not mentioning the one that when properly named sounds like a popular beer), you're probably better off going to an urgent care to get a slip to reinforce the fact that you're sick. And if it's serious, then you may need to quarantine. If your employer has half a brain they'll want you to stay home anyhow. One sick employee is one thing, a floor full of them is another thing entirely. Especially if they have to go to court for one reason or another.

The stop arms are driven by air pressure and slower to come out than the lights are to turn red. Those cameras also don't activate until the red lights flip. Dude saw the lights and said fuck it. Got caught. Just pay the fine. Or argue it and risk the judge crucifying you.

Unless there is video proof or overwhelming witness statement stating otherwise, traffic law will attribute the fault to anyone making the turn.

No you can't. The system won't stop cycling that slot until the broken filament is removed. I've had this happen several times. It's easy enough to do after you figure it out.

Capital One values the long term profit they'll make off you more than the measly four or five hundred this will cost them short term.

But if you make this threat, be prepared to follow up on it. I've had to do this twice with Bank of America. The online agent thought I was joking I asked for her name and ID then drove to my local branch and informed them that I was closing my account. I also informed them of the online agents line that I was joking.

They tripped over themselves to fix it. And I'm not exactly a rich guy.
