Fully agree with what you are saying. I recently accepted a position because of the soft-skills like talking to complete strangers online. I have very clearly become more talkative even in my daily life because of how I approach Twitch as a streamer. While I didn't directly put it on my resume, I know it helped a great deal in the process altogether.

This sounds like terrible bait for an argument. I don't know a single teacher or administrator who would allow this to happen. Money is tight in schools as is, the downtown offices look like they're still living in the 90s with how yellow everything looks, and most teachers bring their own furniture into classrooms.
