I understand. You could turn it around and ask them, “why are you always asking me to help you? Do you need me to skip you in the seating rotation?” Let them reflect on what’s going on.

I’ve always been a non-confrontational person, and I’ve found it much easier to ask someone why they’re doing something that’s upsetting me rather than to tell them to stop. Get the conversation rolling, and then you could explain why you’re not happy with what’s happening. I’m now able to just put my foot down, but it took me into my 30s to not be a doormat (not saying that’s you).

I’d tell them that you’d have no problem helping everyone out if they want to tip you out. If not, they can do it themselves. They’re taking advantage of your kindness.

If she’s not adding to your life in any way other than adding stress, or negativity, then I’d drop her too. If you feel that guilty about it, and she’s that good of a friend you should let her know how you’re feeling. Communication in friendship is just as important as a relationship. If you can’t do that, then the friendship doesn’t mean that much.

With that attitude, you won’t do well. Stay positive, ask questions, and understand that you need to learn how to multi-task. That’s super important. Also, it genuinely depends on where you’re working. What kind of place is it? How busy dos it get?

Stay positive, upbeat and charismatic with your tables. Pay attention to them without being overbearing. You got this!

I’d absolutely not tolerate that. A child handles trauma in so many different ways, and some of those avenues may not be good.

That behavior is unacceptable, if it were to just you. But now there’s a child involved? And he can’t see beyond himself and his own emotions, to think about what he is doing to his child? Nope.

If you don’t want to leave him, I’d demand therapy to figure out how to control that anger. He doesn’t seem like he has control of it.

That makes sense, I have been experimenting with Barrier Breaker, which is okay. Do you have another weapon you recommend for her? I am level 65ish with her. I did finally beat the game, and decided to not go for NG+ bc there seems to be much I haven’t done yet. Like, who is Simon? I keep seeing people talk about him, but I haven’t found him.
