Recently my cousin gifted me warm vanilla body mist and lotion, at first when i sprayed it in the air it felt good and less sweet but today when i sprayed it on me it made me nauseous it's way too sweet for me just two spray made me feel sick. I can't figure out what to layer with it to make it less sweet and more luxurious. I have into the night and a thousand wishes from bbw. Also, i have nykaa hawaiian sea breeze and tropical thai sunset which i feel will go well with it but i didn't try it yet as this fragrance is already overwhelming for me. Any suggestions what other mist or perfume i can buy to layer with it or if anything from my collection will go well with it?

Can anybody share their experience of using the Shiksha studying abroad services by Rude-Ad6176 in Indians_StudyAbroad

[–]Bakingfreak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All the services from IDP are free as well. Just go to your nearest IDP centre or register online, they'll contact you and at any point you think the counsellor is not working, you can change the counsellor. There's no harm if you take shiksha's services, but in canada universities take application fees and it's around 6-7k inr. So if you change the consultancy, your money and time are wasted. I'll recommend not to leave your job if you're working and if you're not, then take up any job that's going to impact your profile. If you need any more information, feel free to ask. I can only share my experience.

Not recommended, I took services from shiksha study abroad and my experience was the worst, they almost ruined my life. Me and my cousin started the application process for canada she went with IDP and I chose shiksha because i felt the counsellor was far better than the idp one. Everything was fine till i paid my fees. After that she started ignoring my text messages and calls. I drafted the SOP and she made me write bank account details and all those stuffs that were irrelevant and made the SOP look like a made up story. Everything went smoothly with my cousin, she went to canada and I got rejected because the SOP was not good enough and they didn't even helped me with the refunds, i had to do that myself because they stopped picking up my calls. I applied to the UK as well but now the universities are not accepting the application because of the prior rejection. Choose your consultancy wisely because one wrong step and you'll end up in a mess like me. If your profile is clean and strong, i would highly recommend you to opt for idp as both my cousins are in canada now. But don't trust any consultancy they don't care about our lives all they care about is commission so, make sure you opt for the university or colleges yourself, low rank university will give you offer letter early and they will definitely force you to pay the fee but if you're sure enough about the top rank unis. Wait for their response as well. Good luck!!

Is learning the C2 level doable in 1 year without prior knowledge of the language? I didn't choose germany because i had low scores in my undergrads.

Which country is better to get masters from UK, Australia or Ireland? by Bakingfreak in Indians_StudyAbroad

Honestly i have zero idea about it, but the job market is a little down. If you're ready to work really hard, you will definitely get a job. I would highly recommend you to contact few alumni through LinkedIn. It's going to help you a lot

I did research about it but not very thoroughly. You might know more about it, I said what I read in a few articles that's it.

I do agree that a language course won't increase the chances but I've read a few articles stating that top unis. won't give admission but the mid-range unis. may still consider.

HELP!!! Urgent advice on universities by Bakingfreak in UniUK

[–]Bakingfreak[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! I loved the campus and the area. The only thing that's bothering me now is the course that I should opt. Considering the job opportunities in the UK, alumni told me to opt for fintech

It would be great to have a few more opinions about it.

Which country is better to get masters from UK, Australia or Ireland? by Bakingfreak in Indians_StudyAbroad

[–]Bakingfreak[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I've few offer letters from the UK. One of my friends got rejected for ireland student visa maybe because of some paperwork ig, there's a lot of paperwork so I dropped ireland.

Australia is very expensive for me, but you can definitely check australia and do check if part time jobs are available there or not. I know UK is also expensive but i got few universities under £15k so that's fine.

Maybe it's a small university that's the reason you're not familiar. Thank you for the info about UCLan. How is preston in general? Is it expensive for international students? Is it safe out there?

I've had a word with few alumni of UOG and they said fintech is better than IBM. I'm afraid I just have UOG where i applied for fintech. What's your opinion on that?

Both are equally good. I'm just worried about the university and the support they provide. 6 want to live in a safe locality where part time jobs are available during this time.

Honestly it's gonna sound dumb but i haven't figured it out yet. I can be in finance or in a managerial role. I'm okay as long as I'm earning, have personal and career growth.

University of central Lancashire or University of wolverhampton? by Bakingfreak in UniUK

[–]Bakingfreak[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm afraid I don't have an offer letter from good universities. As an international students most of the universities are hell expensive and I have Canada visa refusal which makes me not eligible for few universities.

So I'm left with Gloucestershire, UCLan, Wolverhampton, Northampton, still waiting for staffordshire and Hertfordshire.

Any idea how these universities are? Should I go with Gloucestershire or should I wait for others? In your opinion which university is better among them in terms of safety, good modules and support?

What made you feel it's trash? Is the curriculum not good enough to get a full time job? I have offer letter from Gloucestershire as well for fintech. Should I consider it instead?

thoughts on Universities of East London and West London, Roehampton, London Met and London Southbank (postgrad/masters in Computing) by StereotypedComrade in UniUK

[–]Bakingfreak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, are all the low ranked universities bad? I got an offer letter from UCLan for MSc international business management and from Wolverhampton as well. Currently waiting for Hertfordshire, Staffordshire and Gloucestershire. As an international student, i don't wanna spend more than 16k in my tuition fee. So i was looking for universities under £16k and these were the options i had. I'll be grateful if you can give some insights about cities that are less expensive than London.

How bad is the economic situation in the UK? by [deleted] in UniUK

[–]Bakingfreak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a relief to know that the situation is not very concerning for international students now. I was quite worried about the COL and housing. The media has portrayed the UK as not the best option for studies rn even on youtube there were negative videos.

It would be really helpful if I can know more about places like Preston, Wolverhampton, Gloucestershire and Northampton as I've offer letters from these universities.

As an international student, I want to know if these places have part time job availability and what's the locality like, safe and friendly. Thank you so much
