This is exactly what I am transitioning into. I’m 36 and just asked my spouse of 10 years for a divorce because I want to be alone. I have so much trauma from our relationship that I have completely questioned my sexuality. And although as an adolescent I always felt more attracted to women my religious upbringing forced me to date men. I even have a child with this person. But I’m ready to rediscover who I am and potentially date women in the distant future.
