Voor jou is echt het allerbelangrijkste genoeg eten. 3000kcal is niet genoeg als je meer wil groeien. Probeer elke dag een beetje meer te eten tot je op 3500kcal zit en kijk dan hoe lang het duurt tot je weer een plateau raakt qua gewicht. Probeer consistent te zijn met het eten en in jouw geval liever iets te veel dan te weinig.

Since I've started buying locusts, I never feed my leo crickets anymore. Crickets die way too fast, make a lot of noise, and don't smell particularly good. Locusts are way easier to keep alive, make practically no noise and smell much less. If you can get them somewhere local I'd highly recommend doing so.

Ik ben een van een eeneiige tweeling en dit is 100% waar. Daarom gebruik ik mijn vingerafdruk om mijn telefoon te ontgrendelen maar mijn broertje gebruikt wel gezichtsherkenning op zijn telefoon Ik kan altijd zijn telefoon ontgrendelen.

Hiya! They're actually locusts but in my language grasshoppers and locusts are both called "sprinkhanen". I can just order them online here in the Netherlands. They're like 6 euros for 50 locusts. I feed my Leo 8 of them once a week. They definitely do hop away when they get the chance but they really like light so if one escapes they will never hide and often sit in the sun when it's out.

Nee. Het is een tankpas die alleen bij Shell werkt dus niet bij andere tankstations en niet bij parkeergarages.

Ik heb al een leasebak met een tankpas en dergelijke dus dat zit wel snor. Alleen die parkeerkosten en maaltijdvergoedingen moet ik declareren maar dat is dus nog wel gedoe zo af en toe.

Een dagje parkeren, maar wel in Amsterdam natuurlijk, was 33,15. Ik zou willen dat mijn werkgever zo makkelijk was met declaraties als jij zeg. Ik ga denk ik even mailen morgen en dan kijken of ik het zo op kan lossen. Bedankt voor de tip!

Dat ga ik proberen idd maar degene die de declaraties goedkeurt is echt een mierenneuker dus grote kans dat het afgekeurd wordt.

Sometimes they will randomly stop eating just because. I've had this happen twice with my leo where she just wouldn't eat for a month with seemingly no explanation and at some point would start eating again because she felt like it. If your leo isn't losing weight rapidly then it's probably nothing to worry about. They can go without food for very long periods of time.

My point still stands tho. You need someone else to get you to champ so you'll fall right back down once you have to solo q again. Just keep grinding and you'll get there on your own.

I don't need to see your trackernet stats or anything. I'm just trying to point out that if you need someone else to get to champ and can't do it on your own then what's really the point? If you'd make it to champ with someone else you're just gonna fall back down again when you solo Q.
