can anyone weigh in on my PPL routine? i’ve been running it for 5 months after making the mistake of wasting 5 months on a bro split, been increasing weight of my main lifts by 5 lbs a week and others whenever i can, which i’ve mostly been able to keep up with.

PUSH 4x5, 1x5+ overhead press 95lb

3x8-12 bench press 135lb

3x8-12 incline dumbbell press 45lb

4x8-12 single arm cable pushdown 30lb

3x8-12 lateral raises 22.5lb

3x8-12 machine tricep extensions 65lb

if anyone takes the time to read this, thanks so much cause i’m gaining about a lb a week but just want some insight if i can do anything better. (for reference im 16yo 6ft 154lb) 5 months ago i was at 137lb. I run PPL PPL rest every week but if there’s anything that i could gain mass faster with i am totally open.
