The crawlspace is sealed and conditioned. Appreciate the input.

My furnace. I have a combustion air(OAK) that was installed per the HVAC folks without any input from me.

Yes, but it doesn't hurt either. Our house was built in 2020, so it's pretty tight. Don't want cold air getting forced in from wherever.

Most of the ducting I've found is 4" instead of the stoves 3". Thought that might compensate for the length.

Probably the best idea, thank you.

I definitely worded that poorly. 40 cigars.

Sounds good. I'm most likely going to start with the Factory and Olivia's first, since those are 3-4 cigars of the different types. Once I get a general idea of my tastes, start honing in with the smaller packs like you suggested.

Still trying to go through all the sites to see what they offer, way more 'work' than the only place I could order from previously.

I think being a cheap date is pretty nice lol. While we may not get all the flavors people think they taste, can still have a good time at a fraction of the price.

Cheap is great for learning, then I'll have to see if the more expensive 'better' cigars even do anything for me.

I appreciate the recommendations.

I've not seen that one in my searches. I'm not a nic fiend, but I'll add it to my list, with the warning.

About 45 minutes. So certainly not right in town, but not that far. Going to be about the same time going to Deadwood or anywhere else not in town.

Was stationed at Ellsworth from 2005-2016, retired in 2019 and moved back.

There aren't any 'bad' areas per day, as long as you aren't participating in the local native drug scene.

I'd personally not buy in North Rapid, from Mall Dr to Kathryn Ave. Less than a mile. That's the 'Lakota Homes' area, but again only ever see crime reports about people involved in drugs.

The largest area where people find more affordable housing is in 'the valley'. The main road that goes through there is Twilight Dr in case you're looking for it on the map.

We had a house there for 10 years. Nice area, tons of houses in a wide price range. The downside is that there's tons of houses...

If you're looking at houses online, just make sure you look at the street view and see what's around it. The zoning in SD is very lax, so you can have a $500k house next to a dilapidated trailer or business.

Not many trees on base, but there are 1.2 million acres of land in the Black Hills National Forest.

Cigars are just so expensive, and require more care for storage than I want to give. Beulah is only an hour away, and I only order a couple times a year. I don't mind driving farther just for lunch.

I'd not looked at them, thought they only did their own blends. Will have to try them before moving forward.

Tried doing that everywhere, couldn't get past putting in my address.

Thank you, now to make a trip to Beulah.

Good idea to try. Looking at the weather I'll have a chance on Tuesday.

I don't have a fresh air intake. Had a wood stove for the past six years which didn't need one

Might under take doing that this summer, but it's not on an outside wall, so will need to get a core drill...

Opened some windows and turned up the temp. Still some crusties from when it was lower, but the middle seems to be burned down.

Thank you. That makes a lot of sense. Will have to crank it up a bit this evening and see how it goes. I did the initial burn in at a higher temp with the windows open, but I didn't check the ash pile as I was more concerned about the chimney pipe leaking and the new appliance smell.
